These glide sheets are designed for patients who need help sliding backwards and who also need help in preventing movement forwards, i.e., they 'glide' back and then 'lock' in place. Three internal locking strips enable the client to slide back easily and ensure their safety by preventing movement forward. For use in wheelchairs, chairs and beds, glide and locks encourage independence and reduce handling time. Suitable for clients who have some degree of upper body strength and general mobility. The top fabric is waterproof yet breathable to reduce sweating and improve comfort. Washable up to 72°C.
