Myself Pelvic Muscle Trainer is an exercise system that is clinically proven to treat stress, urge and mixed incontinence in women of all ages. Used to increase vaginal tone, it guides the user through a five minute flex and relax exercise program that strengthens and tones the pelvic floor muscles. Easy to use, the training unit provides simple cues on the screen.
The sensor form fits to each individual woman, allowing the training unit to measure the sensor’s resistance to each pelvic muscle contraction. Specifically designed to work both the long and short muscle fibres ensuring ideal muscle tone and strength. Three strength levels automatically adjust to each individual’s pelvic muscle strength and increase in difficulty as the muscle tone is improved. Myself consists of a training unit, two non-latex vaginal sensors, each one designed for four weeks usage, and a travel bag.
