A height adjustable nursing bench that helps with the safe moving and handling of children and adults when they are being changed or showered. The bench moves from wheelchair level 500mm (191/2') to safe caring height 900mm (351/2') (note that these heights are dependant upon fixing position). This movement is easily controlled by a simple, remote control hand unit.
It folds upright when not in use to save space. It is available in two lengths. The bench is made from practical and durable PVC canvas. The frame is nylon coated steel. A splash protection curtain is available as a useful accessory. This protects the carer from water splashes as it passes through the drainage holes on the bench. A safety rail is also available.
